This policy explains how Storm Communications ("we") handles personal information collected through the Portfolio Night Delhi 2026 website.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Registration details you submit: name, email address, mobile number, city, current role, company or college, years of experience, portfolio type, portfolio URL, and optional LinkedIn and Instagram details. We also record how you heard about the event and the campaign parameters of the link you arrived through, so we can understand which channels reach creatives.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

To process your registration and payment, to match you with reviewers, to contact you about the event, and — only with your separate opt-in — to send you information about future Portfolio Night activity.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank credentials; we store only the payment reference and status returned to us.

STORAGE AND ACCESS

Data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Only authorised members of the Storm Communications team can view registration records.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, by writing to the Storm Communications team.

ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

The site may use Meta, Google and LinkedIn measurement tags to understand advertising performance. These record page views and registration events, not the contents of your portfolio.
